MDP Building & Renovations was officially established on May 11, 2026, but the experience behind it goes back to early 2018. Locally owned and operated, we proudly serve the North Okanagan area and surrounding communities with general contracting services built on honesty, integrity, and dependable workmanship.

Over the years I’ve gained hands-on expertise across multiple trades — framing, siding, demolition, mold removal, restoration services, residential renovations, rebar installation, and concrete slab preparation. That well-rounded foundation lets us approach every project with the knowledge and skill it actually needs, not just the trade we happen to specialize in.
